Our sourdough is made with two British flours and is made by using a long fermentation process with naturally occurring lactobacilli and yeast. Well made sourdough is only pleasantly sour, very digestible and a treasure of nutrition. The real secret is the growth and maintenance of the starter which makes a crusty, delicious bread.
